Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Automotive Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Hygiene products (e.g., seat covers, steering wheel covers)
- Digital goods (e.g., software, e-books)
- Perishable items (e.g., cleaning supplies with expiration dates)
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or have been installed cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@carpxy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for items of equal value. To exchange an item, follow the return process to send back the original item, and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping charges may apply.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@carpxy.com. We will arrange for a return and cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
